Ingredients: Creatine malate, of which Creatine, Taurine, Vitamin B6, Creatine malate, taurine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), stabilizer: gum arabic, acidity regulator: malic acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.

Recommended use: 1-2 servings daily. One serving equals 3g of the product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. On workout days: take one serving before the workout and one serving after the workout. On rest days: take one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
