Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders over €79.

For orders below this amount, the shipping rates are:

DPD Home Delivery – €7.95

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and dispatched from our warehouse in the European Union. The usual delivery time is 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 working days of the estimated delivery date passing. If you do not do so and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility

Eco Supplements Ltd. is an EU-based company and complies with all applicable rules and requirements in Bulgaria and the EU.
In accordance with the principle of free movement of goods, customers from other EU countries may order our products.
Please be aware that some countries may have specific national regulations or restrictions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally purchased and used in the destination country.

Refusal of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and/or restrict the availability of certain products for certain delivery countries, if we believe that delivery may violate local laws. This measure is intended to protect both our customers and our company.

Limitation of Liability
Eco Supplements Ltd. is not liable for any costs, delays, seizures or other consequences arising from restrictions applicable in the destination country.
If an order is returned to us due to local restrictions, a refund of the value of the products will be made, minus the original shipping costs. If the product is seized by the local authorities, no refund will be possible.

All product information available on our website is of a general nature and does not constitute medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Returns Policy

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return any order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at support@ecosupplements.eu or by phone at +46 720 251 636 within 14 days. After confirmation, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective or was sent in error. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns of opened, used or hygiene-sealed products that have been broken are not accepted, except in the case of a proven defect.

Product Exchange

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, in perfect condition and with the original packaging intact.
The cost of the return shipping and the dispatch of the replacement product are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@ecosupplements.eu or +46 720 251 636, attaching a photo of the product and packaging. After confirmation, we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. The usual delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 working days. Shipments are fully trackable and managed by DPD. Parcels are delivered directly to your address or, if this is not possible, to the nearest collection point.
