Ingredients: Vitamin D3 10mcg (micrograms), Vitamin K2 (MK-7), Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifi ers (acacia gum and sunfl ower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), natural fl avouring (blueberry and bubblegum), antioxidant (DL-α tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Recommended use: Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
2 sprays delivers 800IU (20mcg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 20mcg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.

9-13+ years-2 sprays
