Ingredients: Vitamin C, Glucosamine (provided by Glucosamine Sulphate 1,000mg), Glucosamine Sulphate (2KCl) (Crustaceans), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid), Humectant (Glycerol).

Recommended use: Take one tablet daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
