Ingredients: UC-II® standardised chicken cartilage (of which total collagen type II), Hyaluronic acid, Rose hip (Rosa canina) extract, DER 4:1 (Standardised for min. 80% vitamin C), Rose hip (Rosa canina) extract, hyaluronic acid, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), standardised chicken cartilage containing native type II collagen.

Recommended use: 1 capsule, after a meal.
