Ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, Calcium Carbonate, Zinc Gluconate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), L-Selenomethionine, Anti-Caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Vitamin E (d-AlphaTocopheryl Acid Succinate), Vitamin A (Retinyl Acetate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Humectant (Glycerol).

Recommended use: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
