We ship all orders to Ireland with DPD, offering reliable door-to-door delivery.
Delivery time is typically 4–7 working days from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

When is payment taken?

Payment is processed at the time the order is completed, before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Eco Supplements Ltd. is an EU-based company and complies with all applicable EU regulations and legal requirements.

In accordance with the principle of free movement of goods within the EU, customers in other EU countries may place orders through our website.

Please note that some countries may have specific national rules or restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products may be legally imported, possessed, and used in the destination country.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and/or restrict product availability for certain delivery countries if we believe that delivery may conflict with local regulations. This is done to comply with applicable laws and to protect both our customers and our business.

Limitation of liability
Eco Supplements Ltd. is not responsible for any costs, delays, seizures, or other consequences arising if a product is restricted or stopped by authorities in the destination country.

If an order is returned to us due to local restrictions, a refund may be issued for the product price minus the original shipping costs. If a product is seized by authorities, no refund will be issued.

We ship within the EU

Our warehouses are located within the EU. Most orders are dispatched from our central EU warehouse. All shipments are sent with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your delivery at all times.

Returns policy

If your order has not been delivered within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact Eco Supplements Ltd. within 5 working days.
If no contact is made and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If you wish to report an issue with your product (for example, damage during transport or an incorrect item), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once a claim has been approved, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund. Any costs related to reshipping due to approved claims will be covered by Eco Supplements Ltd.

Returns

Non-defective products may be returned within 14 days of invoicing, provided they are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all documentation.
Refunds will be issued for the product price minus the original shipping costs.

All goods purchased from Eco Supplements Ltd. are covered by a shipment agreement. This means that the risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you once the items have been handed over to the carrier.

Product exchanges

We are happy to exchange products provided they are returned within 14 days of invoicing and are in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time to Ireland is 4–7 working days from dispatch.

All shipments are fully trackable and delivered via DPD either directly to your door or to a local pickup point, depending on availability.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during public holidays or peak periods.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authority.
