Ingredients: Methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM), Methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM), capsule shell (gelatin, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
May contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk, egg.

Recommended use: Take one capsule daily, wash down with water.
