About BetterYou – Jern Daglig Oral Spray (5mg), bagt æble – 25 ml

BetterYou’s Jern Daglig Oral Spray delivers 5 mg of iron per daily dose in a convenient, easy-to-use mouth spray format. Providing 36% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) per serving, this oral spray offers a practical alternative to traditional iron tablets or capsules — no water required and no need to take it with food, making it simple to incorporate into any daily routine.

The spray delivers iron directly to the oral mucosa via a fine mist, offering a different format to traditional iron supplements.

Flavoured with a pleasant natural baked apple taste and sweetened with stevia, this spray is suitable for adults and children aged 13 and above. With approximately 192 sprays per 25 ml bottle — equating to a 48-day supply at the recommended dose — it is a long-lasting, travel-friendly option.
