Ingredients: L-Tryptophan, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch, antioxidant (fatty acid esters and ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (vegetable fatty acids).

Warnings

L-Tryptophan may cause drowsiness; it is recommended to take the product before sleep.
This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver disease, alcohol consumption, when driving vehicles or if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient in the product.
if you are taking antidepressant medications (SSRIs such as fluoxetine or sertraline; MAOIs such as moclobemide; St. John’s wort preparations), consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C out of reach of small children and away from sunlight. Do not consume the sachet with oxygen/moisture absorber; keep it inside the packaging. Color variation of capsules may occur naturally and dose not affect quality.
This product is manufactured without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, hazelnuts or sesame but produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing thes allergens.
