| Dosage | Perform an odd number of sessions; repeat sessions every 2 days, following the principle of 3 treatments per week. Light one candle and gently place it at the entrance of the ear canal. Hold the candle vertically until the flame reaches the marked burn line, then remove and extinguish by dipping the burning end into a dish of water. Repeat for the other ear. After the treatment, recline for a while and drink tea to replenish fluids. Burn time per candle: 10–15 minutes. |
