Each capsule is made with the following ingredients:

• Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2)
• Vitamin E complex from natural tocopherols and tocotrienols
• Plant cellulose capsule (HPMC)
• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)
• Vitamin A acetate
• Magnesium salts of fatty acids

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 microcapsule once daily during a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.
