Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal)

In accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, which implement Directive 2011/83/EU in Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us of your decision by a clear statement, by email at support@ecosupplements.eu or by phone at +46 720 251 636 (EU customer service), before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

After you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, at no fee to you.

Exclusion of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. Opened or used products, or products with a broken hygiene seal, cannot therefore be returned, except in the case of a proven defect.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is defective or was sent in error, in which case we cover the return cost. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Product Exchange

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, in perfect condition and with the original packaging intact. The cost of the return shipping and the dispatch of the replacement product are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@ecosupplements.eu or +46 720 251 636 (EU customer service), attaching a photo of the product and packaging. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
