Hovedsageligt et øjentilskud, men i modsætning til de andre Doctor’s bedste luteintilskud, betyder inkluderingen af floraglo, at dette også kan hjælpe med hudens sundhed og aldring (grundlæggende stopper dem med rynker ha). Det virker anderledes for dine mål, min kone foretrækker dette luteinprodukt, da hun vil have den ekstra floraglo, men jeg kan godt lide det almindelige lutein og zeaxanthin som det bedre øjentilskud, så det afhænger lidt af dine mål, men ingen tvivl om, at dette er en fantastisk produkt

Som med ethvert kosttilskud kan du beskytte dine øjne med visse kostvalg, f.eks. grønkål eller andre grøntsager kan og vil beskytte dine øjne, men hvis ligesom mig, finder du det nemmere at holde dig til en diæt, når du har de samme konsekvente måltider og fødevarer hver dag dag ud, det betyder, at det er svært at tilpasse din kost til dine øjne. Derfor synes jeg, at disse lægers bedste øjentilskud er geniale til at holde mine øjne stærke på daglig basis 🙂

Dette er et fantastisk supplement fra dem, da det er en god dosis lutein, som du får pr. portion, som er en aminosyre, der har en rigtig god stamtavle som antioxidant, så det er bestemt en, du skal prøve, hvis du vil have en antioxidant til at tage hver dag! Jeg tager normalt et tilskud som dette med mit daglige multivitamin og probiotika, så jeg tror, jeg er dækket af alle aspekter!!
