Når jeg går tilbage til 70’erne, har jeg taget L-Ornithine sammen med L-Arginin, når jeg træner. I dag tager jeg 5 gram Swanson’s AKG Arginine Lemon Flavored Powder dagligt, så jeg tager 2 gram (4 kapsler) L-Ornithine sammen med. Jeg gider ikke tage min L-Ornithine i kapsler, for det smager forfærdeligt. Jeg vil ikke have det i pulver. Argininpulveret smager fint, faktisk ret neutralt, selv uden citronaroma plus de naturlige xylitol og stevia sødemidler. Personligt har jeg altid følt, at L-Ornithine er en partner med L-Arginine. Lidt ligesom Fred Astaire og Ginger Rogers. Mange mennesker tror, at Ginger var endnu bedre end Fred, fordi hun gjorde alt, hvad han gjorde baglæns og i hæle. Så er L-Ornithine bedre end L-Arginin? Nej, det tror jeg ikke. De er gratis holdkammerater. Jeg kan godt lide mine resultater, når jeg tager 2 gram L-Ornithine dagligt.

Denne l-ornithine aminosyre fra Swanson er som den ikke særlig anerkendte aminosyre, som bør gives sin anerkendelse lol. Jeg kæmper for dets hjørne for det! Lol. Det er sådan en fantastisk måde at få en pumpe på og gør det faktisk lettere for andre aminosyrer som arginin at være et bedre produkt og forbedre biotilgængeligheden. Af du tager arginin, bør du tage dette, da det bare gør dine pumper så meget bedre. Jeg stabler altid med arginin og/eller citrullin 🙂
