Glad for denne fra Swanson health, da magnesium er et mineral, der er essentielt for kroppen. Den bruges af hver eneste af dine muskler, hver gang de trækker sig sammen, så den er fantastisk at bruge. Det er bestemt en af de ting, der kan hjælpe med din præstation i træning, som hvis du ikke har nok af dette mineral i din krop, så træner du ikke så intenst eller så længe, som du normalt har.

Mineraler er altid gode at tage, der er et parti af dem, som kaldes essentielle mineraler, fordi du skal tage disse ind gennem din mad. Magnesium findes i de fleste grønne grøntsager, men findes også i fedtstoffer som avocadoer og solsikkefrø og olier, men hvis du undgår at spise for mange fedtstoffer på grund af deres høje kalorieindhold, er det sandsynligt, at du ikke får magnesium i… hvilket er her det kommer i!

Lige op til stor dosis magnesium fra Swanson her; tabletterne er 200 mg pr. tablet, men du tager to pr. portion, så en stor dosis på 400 mg dagligt, som er ideel til at opnå de nødvendige fordele ved magnesium. Magnesium er et utroligt mineral, som jeg nok ikke får de optimale mængder fra min mad, – endsige 400mg – så jeg er mere end glad for at bruge disse. Fantastisk måde at sætte benene på er en tung træning og lade dem nyde den restitution, de har brug for. Fantastisk værdi som altid fra Swanson!
