Det kan være svært at regne ud fra beskrivelsen, hvor meget du får med denne lotion, men omkring fire pumper af den er nok til at gnide ind i et generøst område, men du kan ændre det afhængigt af din størrelse, men for den generelle tommelfingerregel, og fra min erfaring, hvis du brugte denne hver dag, har flasken cirka en måneds værdi i, så prisen er bestemt det værd. Fantastisk til at pleje din hud og få bonussen ved også at absorbere en anstændig dosis magnesium

Magnesiumet i dette er den største fordel, fordi det hjælper med at slappe af musklerne, og det trænger gennem huden med forbedret absorption i forhold til tabletter, så det er den største fordel – men lol, den elsker absolut, hvor glat og smidig din hud føles efter at have brugt denne lotion. Det er virkelig en fantastisk hudlotion og bestemt dine penge værd som hudpleje, men som sagt har den den ekstra fordel, at det centrale fokus i dette produkt er muskelafslapning 🙂

Jeg glemmer nogle gange, at dette er magnesiumbaseret og derfor gerne et topisk anvendt supplement. For at være ærlig, fordi det føles så godt i gang, og min hud aldrig har været mere smidig ha, jeg glemmer, at det er under huden, hvor dette gør al magien og kan hjælpe mine muskler med at slappe af og restituere, forbedre min træning, min restitution og faldende stress og muskelspændinger også. Fantastisk til massage, da det også er en dejlig glat lotion
