Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Sleep Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Sleep Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to approximately. 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit down and relax for 20 minutes.
