Recommended use: Give up to 2 sprays to children from 7 years daily. Children from 3-7 years, up to 1 spray daily is recommended. Spray directly into the mouth. Shake well before each use. The first time you use it, press the pump 3 times to let the liquid flow. Clean the spray head after each use. Use within 3 months after opening.
