Usage & Dosage
Individual needs may vary; recommended use is half a teaspoon (1 g) daily, up to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, split the daily amount into 2 or 3 servings per day, with or without food.
Preparation: pour the powder into a glass or mug and add about 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until fully dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water and enjoy.
