Ingredients: Cod liver oil (of which:, Omega-3 acids: min., EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) min., DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) min., Other omega-3 acids min.), Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D (D3, cholecalciferol) 400 IU, Cod liver oil, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water, natural lemon flavour), antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol.

Recommended use: 1-2 capsules, with a meal.

Warnings: Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 milligrams of EPA and DHA.
