Ingredients: Ashwagandha root extract (of which:, withanolides (7.2%), alkaloids (1%), withaferin A (0.25%)), Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) standardized to 7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% of vitaferin A.
Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving – 139 mg (1/2 scoop) daily with a meal, drink water. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (0,5 ml).

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
