About Ostrovit – BCAA + Glutamine, Lemon – 500g

Ostrovit BCAA + Glutamine is a precisely formulated amino acid powder that combines the three branched-chain amino acids — L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — with a generous dose of L-Glutamine in every serving. Each 10 g serving provides 2000 mg of L-Leucine, 1000 mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, and 4000 mg of L-Glutamine.

The refreshing Lemon flavour dissolves easily in water or juice, offering a convenient way to work essential amino acids into your daily nutrition plan — on both training days and rest days. The powder format allows for flexible dosing and quick dissolving.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve one 10 g serving of the product (2.5 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings per day: one immediately after waking, the other after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking.
