Ingredients: Evening Primrose Oil, Including: (Linoleic Acid (LA), gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)), Vitamin E, Evening primrose oil containing 70% of linoleic acid (LA) and 9% of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), shell components (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E).
Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a sufficient amount of water.
