Recommended use: Take 1 tablet mid-morning and 1 tablet mid-afternoon, with a full glass of water, with or after food. Do not exceed stated dose. For best results, use in combination with exercise and a reduced calorie diet. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take after 4 pm.

Warnings: This product contains EGCGs (Epigallocatechin Gallates), do not consume other Green Tea containing products on same day or exceed 800mg of EGCGs daily.
