Usage & Dosage
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. As with other food supplements, consult a doctor before use if you are under medical supervision, pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffer from food allergies. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a daily food supplement intake of 5 g EPA and DHA combined. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
