Usage & Dosage

To prepare a protein shake, dissolve one serving (28 g – 1 scoop) in 300–350 ml of water. For a pudding consistency, dissolve one serving (28 g) in 250 ml water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
