About this product

Vitamin B12 is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container. Each capsule provides a daily serving of 1000 µg of vitamin B12 (40000% NRV), made up of methylcobalamin (411 µg), hydroxocobalamin (294.5 µg) and 5′-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (294.5 µg).

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The remaining ingredients are rice flour, mannitol, and anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. No allergens are declared on the label.
