Each softgel provides 1.33 mg of GlucoHelp Banaba Leaf Extract (Lagerstroemia speciosa), standardized to 18% corosolic acid (providing 240 mcg of corosolic acid), and 2.27 mg of zinc (as zinc oxide), equal to 23% NRV. A daily serving of two softgels provides 2.66 mg of the extract (480 mcg corosolic acid) and 4.54 mg of zinc (46% NRV).

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob extract (contains carob, glucose and caramel color) and zinc oxide. The remaining ingredients are rice bran oil, silica and yellow beeswax.
