MSE Selenium MSE is supplied in tablet form, with 120 tablets per pack, giving a net content of 60 g. Each daily serving of 1 tablet provides 500 mg of Spirulina platensis, of which 50 µg is organic selenium, corresponding to 91% NRV.

The ingredients are Alga Spirulina platensis containing organic selenium, together with the coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and the anti-caking agent silicon dioxide. The tablets are coated. The label states that the product does not contain yeast, gelatin, casein, lactose, gluten, or colorants, and that no known allergenic ingredients are declared.
