Directions

Mix a serving of 800 mg (1 flat scoop) in 100 ml of water or juice. Please use the measuring scoop included in the package (1 ml). Consume 3 times daily at 800 mg with a meal. It is advisable to consume a single 800 mg serving with at least a 3-hour break between individual servings of the product.
