Hawthorn er ekstremt kraftfuldt hjerte supplement, han har så meget potentiale, især blomst og blade ekstrakt en del af planten. Bærene har fordele, men jeg har set mere du i blomsten og bladekstraktet i indeholder en forbindelse kaldet vitexin-2, som har vist sig at nære hjertemusklen- af antioxidanter. Jeg har brugt denne i mange år med stor succes, den er rigtig god til søvnen, fordi den beroliger hjertet og den fungerer på et meget lavere stressniveau. Jeg fandt ud af, at det også, tro det eller ej, forbedrer en træning. Det gør den ved at pumpe blodet mere effektivt rundt i kroppen, især musklerne.

Tjørnekstrakt er en god måde at udvide dine blodkar på igen og reducere blodtrykket, så længe du også begynder at spise sundere. Det er også tilrådeligt at dyrke moderat kardiovaskulær motion!
