Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol is supplied in capsule form, with 50 vegetable capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 55 mcg (2,200 IU) of Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, equal to 275% DV.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, a vegetable-derived material. Other ingredients include bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, ethyl cellulose) and an anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate). The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, and colors.

Directions
