Allnutrition Omega 3 delivers 1000 mg of high-quality standardised fish oil per softgel, providing 180 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Each serving also includes Vitamin D and Vitamin K.

Each softgel also supplies 50 µg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 100 µg of Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone MK-7, derived from Bacillus subtilis natto). Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Presented in an easy-to-swallow softgel format, this 90-capsule pack provides a 90-day supply at the recommended one-softgel-per-day serving.

Ingredients

Fish oil standardised for 18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), vitamin K (menaquinone obtained using Bacillus subtilis natto), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Capsule shell: gelatine, humectant: glycerol.

Usage & Dosage

Use 1 softgel per day, wash down with 250 ml of water.
