Ingredients: Vitamin C, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), citrus bioflavonoids, capsule shell: gelatine, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides.
May contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk, egg.

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily, wash down with water.
