Ingredients: Phytosterols (Typically providing:, Beta Sitosterol, Campesterol, Stigmasterol), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Phytosterols, Thickeners (Gum Arabic, Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Vanilla Flavouring.

Recommended use: Take 5 tablets per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

Warnings: Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8g of plant sterols/ stanols. Total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day.
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use. This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients on cholesterol lowering medication should only consume the product under medical supervision. This product is not intended for people who need to control their blood cholesterol level.
