Swanson DL-Phenylalanine delivers 500 mg of this amino acid per capsule across a convenient 100-capsule pack. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid, meaning the body cannot synthesise it on its own and must obtain it through diet or supplementation. DL-Phenylalanine combines both the D- and L- forms of this amino acid in a single formula.
Each capsule is straightforward to incorporate into a daily routine — simply take one capsule one to two times per day with water. Swanson is a well-established supplement brand known for delivering quality nutritional products at accessible price points.
This product is encapsulated in a gelatin shell and is suitable for non-vegan and non-vegetarian consumers. As with all food supplements, it is intended to complement a balanced and varied diet, not replace it.
