Recommended use: Microwave: Prick or remove the foil from the plate. Heat (850 W) for 2,5 minutes.
Pan or pot: Heat the content of the plate in a pan or pot for 10 minutes.
Dish with water: Place a closed plate in the dish filled with boiling water, heat for 10 minutes.

Warnings: Store in the original packaging, at ambient temperature. The product is thermally preserved, sterilized. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
