Full Spectrum Curcumin is supplied in softgel form, with 30 liquid extract softgels per pack. Each softgel provides a full spectrum curcumin liquid extract containing 48 mg of total curcuminoids, of which 40 mg is curcumin.

The ingredients are full spectrum curcumin, consisting of polysorbate 80 as an emulsifier and turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) from the rhizome, together with vegetable cellulose. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and artificial colors, and is also free of dairy and soy.

Directions
