Glucomannan from Konjac Root provides 1,725 mg of glucomannan per serving, across 60 servings, for a simple and consistent daily intake of this well-studied dietary fibre. Extracted from the konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac ), glucomannan is a water-soluble fibre that has been evaluated by EFSA and is approved under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Each serving of three vegetable capsules is intended to be taken with plenty of water before a meal, making it easy to fit into a daily routine. The formulation uses a clean, plant-based capsule shell made from hypromellose, making it suitable for both vegans and vegetarians, and is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility to ensure quality and consistency.

Usage & Dosage
