High Strength Magnesium is supplied as magnesium citrate in tablet form, with 90 tablets per pack. The daily portion of 2 tablets provides 400 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 107% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

The tablets also contain bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate) and anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide). No specific allergens are declared on the label.
