Krauterhaus Sanct Bernhard Bio Cumin Oil is a premium cold-pressed black cumin oil sourced from certified organic farming in Egypt. Made from 100% Nigella sativa seeds, this oil is produced without heat or chemical extraction, preserving the natural richness of the seed’s fatty acid profile — including a high concentration of linoleic acid, an essential polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid.
This oil naturally contains linoleic acid. With over 51 g of linoleic acid per 100 ml, and a suggested daily amount of 20 g of black cumin oil (providing 10 g of linoleic acid), it offers a concentrated source of this fatty acid.
It is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and those following gluten-free or lactose-free lifestyles.
