Usage & Dosage

Spray 2–5 times onto the skin and massage into the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and absorbs quickly. You may notice white forming around the treated areas; this is just residual salt that can be wiped away. For a foot bath, add 1–2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20–30 minutes. Approximately 4 sprays equals 66 mg of elemental magnesium.
