Chromium Picolinate is supplied in tablet form, with 90 tablets per pack. Each tablet provides 200 µg of chromium, as chromium picolinate, which the label states is 500% of the NRV.

The ingredients are di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, anticaking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable source magnesium stearate) and chromium picolinate. The label states it is free from GMO, artificial colours, artificial flavours, corn, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar, and that no allergens are declared.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.

Directions

In view of the fact that chromium affects insulin levels it is recommended that diabetics should only supplement with chromium after consultation with, and under the supervision of, a doctor.
