This product is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per container. Each softgel provides fish oil together with vitamin D as cholecalciferol.

Per softgel, the label lists 1000 mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil 18/12 from Atlantic menhaden (GMO-free), providing 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA as triglycerides, along with 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D-3. The capsule shell is made from gelatin, with glycerol as humectant, purified water, natural lemon oil as emulsifier, and vitamin E from mixed tocopherols as antioxidant.

The label states the product contains fish (Atlantic menhaden and anchovy) and soy, and is lactose free.
