Vitamin E Mixed is supplied in softgel form, with 250 softgels per container. Each softgel provides vitamin E from d-alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols, including beta-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol and gamma-tocopherol, at 134 mg.

The softgel shell is made from bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water, and the formula also contains soybean oil. The label states that the product contains soy.
