About this product

Green Tea Extract is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, of which 450 mg is polyphenols, including 250 mg of EGCG and 15 mg of caffeine, alongside 100 mg of grape seed powder.

The capsule shell is made from HPMC vegetable cellulose. The product is manufactured in a facility that also processes fish, crustaceans, peanuts, and tree nuts, and it contains caffeine at 15 mg per capsule.

This product is suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.

Directions

Take 1 capsule once per day (maximum daily dose), during or after a meal, with plenty of liquid. For best results, take 20–30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water, or as directed by a physician.

The daily dose (1 capsule) contains 250 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate must not reach or exceed 800 mg per day.
