Motherwort herb is rich in substances with calming properties, while the dried herb obtained from this plant contains large amounts of flavonoids. It is additionally rich in ingredients such as terpenes, tannins, various types of glycosides, mineral salts, choline, and essential oil. Due to its antispasmodic effect, it brings relief from severe menstrual pain.
Supplementation with common motherwort has a positive effect on:
