Usage & Dosage
2 capsules on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal, three times daily for 7 days. Alternatively, 2 capsules on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal, three times daily for 14 days. For regular use: 2 capsules daily. Consult with a physician prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications or have a medical condition.
