Jeg har taget Glucosomine sulphate, som også indeholder Omega 3, men problemet med dette var, at det ikke indeholdt EPA eller DHA, og jeg ønskede ikke at fordoble eller tredoble portionerne af glucosaminen! Dette er et fantastisk produkt for mig, og 3 kapsler om dagen betyder, at du kan tilføje disse til din daglige pilleæske (tjek Ecosupplements dem ud) og have et godt lager til din genopretning.

Har alle de fugemasser, du har brug for alle sammen. Er en let at sluge softgel (omend stor, men det kan forventes af ethvert ledplejetilskud.) og prisen er også rimelig. Du kan virkelig ikke finde et bedre ledplejetilskud. Min far, kan ikke lide at tage piller og vitaminer – du kender ‘old school’ 🙂 Jeg sendte dette produkt til ham for omkring et år siden, så han besluttede at prøve det ca. for en måned siden (jeg ved det)!
